Ability to define the content of the footer in messages sent to patients via the PatientPortal. At the moment this defaults to the Full Name of the user, and this is not often suitable to how organisations operate. A choice should be available to define this and allow variations, i.e. just First Name, No Name or just the organisation name.

Please can the NHS Number be included for the (SAR) subject access requests so we can identify the correct patient as some patients are giving incorrect date of births. Thank you

Please can we make some change to wording on the complaint form, see current and new suggestion below. Current questions design: Please describe in as much details as possible the clear details of your complaint ie the main issue with the medical advice/treatment/service you have received and exact details what happened including any dates, times, who was involved: Please kindly describe how this situation has affected you/others? Please describe what you feel the practice should do to help try and resolve this issue going forwards? NEW question design: Could you please explain, as clearly and specifically as possible, what it is about the service you received that you were not satisfied with? (This helps us understand your main concerns.) Can you describe what happened that you feel we could have handled better? (If possible, please include any relevant dates, times, and names of staff involved.) While we don’t need detailed clinical information, is there anything else that would help us better understand your experience so we can learn and improve?

Would be great if we could bulk mark the feedback submissions under insights as complete. Currently very time consuming to do 1 by 1 especially when some feedback submissions are blank/irrelevant.

Any movement for there to be an option to put users into groups so it is easier to assign requests to groups rather than individual users? They will still have to log in individually but they would be part of a group so easier to see all same type of requests. Thanks

PLease can the "You and your general practice" be added to our website before the 1st of October 2025 end date?

Please can the Patients first name and surname be added onto the Online Portal, as we can only search with the reference number.

Currently, the only options for document ordering is in order of publication date and a search bar. But this has been confusing for some of our teams, who have requested documents to be listed in alphabetical order. On certain pages, like our policies and procedures page, this would add functionality. Please can this be looked into as an option.

Please can you confirm that the link to "You and Your General Practice" will be added in time for the contractual requirement on 1st October 2025?

The current 404 page does not look great nor give much information. It would be nice to have a default 404 page which still incorporates the header and footer of the site, with a more meaningful error message, and link back to the homepage.
