Ability to define the content of the footer in messages sent to patients via the PatientPortal. At the moment this defaults to the Full Name of the user, and this is not often suitable to how organisations operate. A choice should be available to define this and allow variations, i.e. just First Name, No Name or just the organisation name.

is there an option for patients to save the form and then come back to it later?

To allow a wider catchment area for areas that we cover, however the wider area(circle) would allow those patients know that we do not do home visits for their address. Our existing catchment area means that our GP's do attend for home visits.
