If this is generic content you send you may want to consider sending a link instead to a web page with accessible content. This then would be possible within the reply to the patient. This then supports you with providing content to patients in a way that is easy for them to translate or adjust for their needs i.e. screen reading, larger fonts etc. If this is a form them you can send them to an online and accessible SmartForm to collect a response from them.
